HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT TO GET MY MYBOOKER?
You can make a credit card payment directly on MyBooker website in order to get instant access. Otherwise, you can ask us to send you a quote which you can pay via bank transfer. Once we confirm the transfer, your account will be created or unlocked.
DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we are happy to give you a 20% discount if you make a yearly payment.
IS THERE A SETUP FEE?
No, there is no setup fee. MyBooker staff will be happy to guide you through the setup process free of charge upon your initial purchase. However, if you would like a MyBooker representative to completely setup the product for you, it will require an additional fee.
HOW WILL YOU CHARGE MY RENEWAL?
Normally, if you pay using a credit card, a monthly or yearly fee will be deduced automatically. However, if you opt to pay via bank transfer, that is fine too. We will remind you when your subscription reaches 30 days and 14 days. If you do not make a payment after this, you risk your account being blocked.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTACT?
Yes, you can decide if you want to sign a monthly or a yearly contact.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY MYBOOKER BUSINESS CARDS?
Once you have purchased your monthly or yearly subscription, you will be given the option of ordering your own business cards. Business cards are a part of the web template design and the price varies on the amount that you would like to order. The cards will be sent directly to your home address or address of your choice.
HOW DO I RECEIVE ON-LINE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD FROM MY GUESTS?
Through your contract with MyBooker, all payments that are made on your website are actually made though MyBooker system. This means you don’t need to do anything and payments are sent directly to your bank account, it’s that simple.
HOW WILL I KNOW SOMEONE HAS MADE A PAYMENT ON MY WEB AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY PAID?
You’ll be notified by e-mail and also there will be a message on your dashboard. The money should be on your account within 5-7 business days from the day of the payment.
WHAT CURRENCY DOES MYBOOKER USE?
MyBooker is a multi-currency platform which means that your guests can make payment in any currency they wish. However, payment you receive will be done in your local currency.
DOES MYBOOKER TAKE COMMISSION ON ON-LINE PAYMENTS?
There is no commission for booking, but there is a 3% + VAT processing fee when customers pay via credit card. The processing fee will automatically be deducted from the payment you receive.
ARE DOMAINS FREE?
Domain purchase is free if you sign up for yearly registration and if the price is not higher than 15€. This can be done directly through MyBooker website.
ONCE I SIGN UP FOR MYBOOKER.LITE, ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS SUCH AS WEB HOSTING?
No, there are no hidden costs and you have unlimited web hosting as MyBooker customer. There may be additional offers made to you, but nothing that is mandatory.
CAN I TRANSFER MY CURRENT OR OLD DOMAIN?
Yes, via MyBooker, you can purchase a new domain or use your old or existing domain and register directly on MyBooker.
